We make extraordinary cookies and biscuits. The perfect confection, and an even more perfect gift.
They are free of any synthetic additives, and therefore, natural.
There are no added colours, flavours, artificial sweeteners, stabilisers and preservatives. Unsalted butter is the only fat which is used to bring the dough together.
The flavour, components and texture of each cookie and biscuit is unique. And that is how we have developed the range.
The size of each cookie leaves ample space in the mouth to savour, and has just the right number of bites to never overwhelm.
The oatmeal & raisin cookie is crunchy on the outside, and chewy on the inside. The vanilla shortbread melts in your mouth, and the ginger cookie is light and crunchy. The fibre cookie is the perfect digestive biscuit, dry and grainy, and the adrak ki chai biscuit is crunchy and spiced with cloves.
That said, these cookies are much more than simply a line of products for us.
They are an opportunity to be confident craftswomen and men living in the moment. Because far too quickly can baking soda be substituted with salt, and the packaging machine eat into a cookie.
Building cookies has taught us so much about the art of living life – such as patience. How long must butter be creamed in the mixer depending on the season, for it to become the perfect base for building a cookie dough.
And that everything is constantly changing, be it a machine setting, or the spread of a cookie in the oven.
Most importantly, how many visible and invisible things must come together every day for a delicious and beautiful cookie to be baked.
